DELIVERY

Orders in the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands are subject to a standard £3.95 delivery charge. National deliveries of Compact and Classic handtied arrangements are delivered via our Teleflorist service.

All local deliveries are delivered by our staff in the following areas:

Ilkley, Addingham, Burley in Wharfedale, Otley, Menston, Guiseley, Langbar, Askwith, Ben Rhydding and Denton.

For order to remote areas of the UK please phone the shop for delivery charges.

Our delivery times are between 8.30am to 6pm (Mondays to Saturdays). Orders placed for Sundays or Bank Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

For same day delivery in the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands orders must be placed by 12pm GMT. After 12pm please phone the shop on 01943 607649, same day delivery may still be possible. Identity Range orders will not be available for same day delivery.

For international deliveries please phone the shop for us to take your order.

All orders require full address details including an accurate postcode for the recipient.

All orders require your daytime contact telephone number or email address to enable us to contact you in the event of any delivery complications.

If the order we receive does not have the required fields completed or is in any way ambiguous, we will strive to contact you via your contact details supplied, to clarify the order, and make the delivery as required.

We reserve the right to cancel your order with warning. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst all efforts will be made to make the delivery on the required date, in unforeseen circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In this event we will inform you as soon as possible and either make alternative arrangements or a full refund in accordance with standard Terms and Conditions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders placed online will be confirmed by email.

PRODUCT

Sundries, content and colour of flowers may vary according to the season and best available locally. We reserve the right to replace products or packaging with that of equal quality or value.

To ensure maximum freshness and vase life some flowers and plants may be delivered in bud.

PEAK PERIODS

During peak periods (such as Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
